Placing an Order

We absolutely offer a guarantee, on all of our products at Maurk!

If you find damages to the product, contact us and we'll address it immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. 

It will take 2-3 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express.

Placing an order on Maurk is pretty simple!

Find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button or use the "Buy Now Button." Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. We never, ever store any information about your private details!

Current Order

Placed an order and wanna hunt it down? Don't worry, this is easy.

Your order is typically in one of three stages.

1 - Being processed: This means your order was just placed and we're preparing it for shipping. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed.

2 - Pre shipment: This means your order is en route to your local post office. 

2 - In transit: This means your order has reached your local post office and is ready for final delivery! 

3- Delivered: Do your happy dance, your order has arrived! In the rare case that your order has been marked as delivered yet nowhere to be found, contact us immediately. This is often due to us having the wrong shipping address. It's best that you contact the courier in your tracking information (USPS, UPS, etc). If this is a system error or a mishap on our end, contact us and we'll do everything we can to make it right!

Mistakes happen.

If after placing your order you realize you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, then we can process a cancellation or modify an order if the order hasn't shipped. 

We like to ship out orders as soon possible so make sure to reach out to us immediately. We should be able to make changes or cancel your order and process a refund for you.

Once your order has been shipped and you have received a tracking number, it is too late to cancel your order.

Delivered Order

Uh oh. We always ensure the quality of every order that we send out. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit.

Due to this, please contact us immediately, and kindly give us a brief description with the damaged product photos. We'll get to the bottom of it ASAP.

We're sorry that your order didn't go as planned.

But don't worry, we'll do everything we can to make this right!

If you're within the 30 day return policy, simply contact us with your order information as well as a little info on the problem that occurred. We have your back!

While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order.

Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.
